Joshua Gleadell has been selected to fight for the Northern Region A Team at these Championships. 

​

The event is to be held at the Leicester Sports Arena, 31 Charter Street, Leicester, LE1 3UD. 

​

The event will run from 10.30 until 16.00. 

​

Spectator entry fees are as follows;

5 years and under - FREE

6 - 17 years - £5

Adult - £8

Event open to all BRA members, and is a great opportunity to learn skills for the Kumite and Kata Competition as it is also the official training date for preparation for the EKF Kyu Grade Championships. 

​

The Kumite session will be held from 10.00 until 11.30, and will be led by WKF certified and accredited Kumite coach Matt Handley. 

​

The Kata session will be held from 12.00 until 13.30, and will be led by Sensei Mick Davies. 

​

The price for one session is £5, but taking part in both sessions is £8.

A Squad and Elite Squad training opportunity at the British Combat Academy, Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

The Head Coach is Paul Newby and the Assistant Coaches are Frank Pullano and Matt Price. 

​

Juniors (10 - 14 years) will register at 09.30 and training will be from 10.00 until 12.00 

​

Seniors (15 years and above) will register at 12.00 and training will be from 12.30 until 14.00 

​

THERE IS A £20 FEE PAYABLE VIA THE ONLINE FORM. THE CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES IS MONDAY 3RD JULY AT 17.00. ENSURE ALL LICENCES ARE IN DATE FOR THE EVENT.

Congratulations to all participants, on the first time representing BRA. The final medals table shows BRA as 22nd in Britain.

1st Annual Summer Camp to be held on the 12th, 13th and 14th May in Presthaven, Prestatyn, North Wales. 

​

Arrival on the evening of Friday 12th, with training on Saturday 13th in the morning at Prestatyn sports centre, to include Kata, Kumite and Embu. Training and games to be held on the beach from 11am on Sunday 14th. 

​

Camp T-shirts will be available to order closer to the time.
